At any time they tried to switch on or off my outlook the Out of Office respond saying "Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable". Try again later. The error message you can see below too.
Please help in resolving this issue. I am new to outlook usage.

Well, this type of problem may occur. If you are having the error message in Exchange-2010 outlook, again and again then restart it. And if restarting doesn’t work you will have to open new profile. But most importantly make sure that you are connected to the internet or your internet connectivity is alright. And also make sure that your account setting is correct.
If you want to make a new profile then close outlook. Now open control Panel and keep searching for e-mail. If you have got the mail open it, select profiles and add a new profile. By the way, don’t delete your current profile while opening the new one.
