Exception in module AVCENTER.EXE error in Avira

Hi! Techyv People, 

I am working with my daily routine, collecting all the reports from sales personnel assigned in the field, by means of email attached they send reports.

I observed that my computer is not running on its usual speed and I suspect for some virus infection to my computer.

I decided to do a virus scan of my computer using Avira AntiVir Personal Edition Classic.

When the scan has finished, it found a lot of viruses and an error message appeared on my screen which I pasted below.

As I read on the error, my Antivirus is malfunctioned.

Please advice me on how to fix this error so I can clean the virus lurking on my computer.

Exception in module AVCENTER.EXE error in Avira

Always use a web shield active Antivirus like Avast because there are a lot of viruses attached with emails. Web shield Antivirus protects your system. Always scans download attachments with Antivirus before opening. Regarding your problem, your Avira Antivirus was altered due to viruses and not in a position to repair or delete infected files even not in a position to run. There are some suggestions for you.

1. Uninstall your Avira Antivirus and restart your computer.
2. Try to scan your system online and remove viruses which you found.
3. Download a fresh copy of Avira Antivirus from web. After installation and up-date, you should run a complete system scan for cleaning of hidden viruses.
