Errors on making images using Ghost Symantec 11.5

I have been using Symantec Ghost 11.5 in making and creating images for my desktop PCs and laptops. Recently, I got this error message saying that the application just stopped when system restore is done. I am stuck with the Disk 4. I need to continue it manually and have to select disk 5 so that it will continue working. I also noticed that image errors occur only with desktops and works fine with laptops. I am using it with Dell and HP laptops and it went well in a normal way. Should there be a way of resolving this kind of problem? I don’t want to always manually pick disk 5 in order for it for continue working. It has to automatically work on its own. Someone please tell me what to do. And it always stops working every time the system is restored.

You need to reinstall your program because it got some error when you perform a restore on your computer. Some files of your program being corrupted and that's why it is asking you to insert the CD so that it can make a copy of program. It can be also due to some virus or some other errors as well. You need to check all the disk also in this case. If you got some problem in earlier days and now you are getting this problem then this is the part of that problem but you can only solve it by making a new copy of the program. If you have the disk of the program just make a new copy or just copy or paste the program from other computer. It is the easy way to solve your problem. I hope you will be able to solve it easily.
