Error while publishing topology in Lync Server 2010

Your problem can be resolved. Do not worry. The Windows firewall configuration of the Windows support operating system did not support the Lync Server 2010 Database installation process. This has caused this problem.
To fix it, open the Windows Firewall Program in the Control Panel. Select Change settings to view the Windows Firewall Settings dialog box. Check that Windows Firewall is activated and then go to the Exceptions tab.
Scroll to find out and select the "Remote Administration Program or Port" exception in the "To enable an exception, select its checkbox" window. Click OK to close the dialog box.
This will help you solve the problem. In case if it is still not solved, then take contact Microsoft for support.
