If you have installed previous trial versions of Kaspersky, maybe you already have a username and password for activating the program as trial. If you already have a trial account using or assigned to your email address, you cannot create a new trial account using the same email address. If you want to create a new trial account for the current version, you need to use a different email address.

So, you need to create a new email account for the new trial version of Kaspersky. If you don’t want to create a new email address, login to your email account and get the username and password for the trial account of Kaspersky. The password is usually generated by the product when you first create the trial account and it cannot be changed.

If you are not using the latest version, download Kaspersky Internet Security 2014. It offers free 30 days trial period. You only need to provide your email address to download the fully functional trial version. It supports Windows XP [Home or Professional] Service Pack 3, Windows Vista [Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Enterprise, or Ultimate] Service Pack 1, Windows 7 [Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate], Windows 8 [Professional or Enterprise], and Windows 8.1 [Professional or Enterprise] both x86 and x64.

For Windows XP Home edition, it works only on 32-bit. For Windows XP Professional 64-bit, it requires Service Pack 2 and up. For Windows 7 Starter edition, it supports x86 only. Another possible reason for this is the existence of duplicates in the “KLOperators” and “KLAdmins” groups which can be identified with the CNF keyword. The clones need to be deleted to fix it.

In “Active Directory Users and Computers”, open or click Users. Delete “KLOperators” and “KLAdmins” clones containing the CNF keyword. See image.

Using the properties of “KLOperators” and “KLAdmins” groups, correct the Group name. Change “$DUPLICATE-ххх” with the main group name. For example, KLOperators for KLOperators and KLAdmins for KLAdmins. See image.

Once fixed, install Network agent again or Kaspersky Security Center 9.
