‘The following disk images failed to mount’. This type of error message often occurs when your file is corrupted. There may be a case that you already have a setup of Mozilla Firefox regardless it is an old version and this time you are downloading a new version.

Press windows button on your keyboard. This will open ‘start’ placed in the taskbar for you. Now go to the programs and uninstall a program. Then you have to uninstall Mozilla Firefox which you are using right now. Now if you want to update Mozilla Firefox go to any browser such as Internet Explorer. And download Firefox from there. Let me add link there.

Link2: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

So, you can easily download it. The second link is an official site of Mozilla Firefox. Here you can find the latest version of it. Once it is downloaded you need to open it and Run in order to install it on your system. Read all the instructions and keep ‘next’. Eventually you need to finish the installation indicating you have completed your installation.
