I am getting error while Installing Blackberry latest version 5.0.1 desktop software in my computer. The error message is
Blackberry Desktop Software 5.0.1
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is old available.
Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package Blackberry Desktop software.msi’ in the box below.
The 'Use source' is C:DOCUME~1adam.guyLOCALS~1TempWZSE0.TMP

For this problem I would suggest you to first reboot your system. Do not restart, try full shut down and then boot your system. Check whether you have full administration rights after log in to the system. For windows vista while clicking the setup file, right click on it and choose run as administrator.Â
1. Download a new version of the software again. Install the version without DTM and enable mass storage mode for  transferring file.
2. Install DTM in your system. Try to install the latest version.
3. Run the configuration manager again.

If your BlackBerry Smartphone runs on BlackBerry 10 OS, you need to download the BlackBerry Link. It supports Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.x.
Windows 10 is not supported. It requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 so make sure to install it first before installing BlackBerry Link.
