Hi Isabellagregorey,

That error may caused by the suggested contacts. So try to delete all suggested contacts.

Just follow these easy steps.

1.Open your Microsoft Outlook and click on File

2.Click on Options, click contacts.

3.Uncheck the box of Automatically create outlook contacts.

4.Click ok and done.

You may also try to delete the address book.

1.First click on file, account settings, then click the address book.

2. Choose Outlook address book, press remove

3.Finally Exit it and restart.

Hope this information helps.

Hi Isabella,

You have to make sure that the address looks correct and the same format as the address on your outlook if it does not match chances are it will not be accepted. Here are the things you can try to do:

  1. Make sure that the email address is not stored under “Suggested Contacts” folder. You can view it by pressing CTRL+6. If it is move it somewhere else.
  2. If you see that few of your contacts are in the suggested contacts then you can copy it and remove it from the list.
  3. Put the address on an excel and match them to the existing format.
