Hi,

To sync contacts of PDA to your Outlook 2010, you can use some third party software, try Contacts Synchronizer, even if it is developed for use with a Sony Ericsson K700i it is generic and should work with any other mobile phones or PDAs

Or if you are using Mac you can try iSync, an application that is included with Mac OS X. It is compatible with most of PDAs.

One thing to remember in choosing a PDA and sync software is to check if it can synchronize only with your PDA's Contacts and Calendar folders or with extra folders, including Exchange Server public folders.

Hello Cassandramariannaa,

For this purpose you have to synchronize the software by using an other software or a third party software. There are many software that you can use i am giving you some of the information about them.

There is a software named as "Key suit" it  is a Palm OS application by using it you can synchronize outlook  for getting information about calendar, contacts, tasks. It can have the ability to handles public folders and subfolders to. But for contact management this one is a good software.
