Error When Launching Google Chrome

I get this error message just recently when I opened Google Chrome: 

Your profile could not be opened correctly.

Some features may be unavailable. Please check that the profile exists and you have permission to read and write its contents.

This always appear now whenever I open Chrome.

What should I do to remove this?

Error When Launching Google Chrome

Hi,

The solution of this problem varies operating system to system. I’ll try to describe those one by one:

In Windows Seven:

Exit the browser

Restart computer

Go to C: Users {username} AppData Local Google Chrome User Data Default

Delete the Web Data file

In windows XP,

Exit the browser

Restart computer

Go to C: Documents and Settings {username} Local Settings Application Data Google Chrome User  Data

Similarly delete Web Data file

I Mac OS,

Exit the browser

Restart computer

Navigate (cd) to / Users/ {user}/ Library/ Application Support/ Google/ Chrome/ Default

Delete rm-rf History*; rm- rf Web Data

Restart the application
