Error when installing Xendesktop 5.0 via express deployment

Hi,

I was trying to install Xendesktop 5.0 via an express deployment. 

Then when I tried to connect to the vCenter to add the VMware host, I got this error message, see screenshot below. 

The vCenter is pingable. 

Well, I have found a site that this is related to an SSL error which I tried to fix but this wouldn’t solve the problem. 

Any advice? 

Please help.

Error when installing Xendesktop 5.0 via express deployment

Hello there.

Just try to disable the IE ESC first. If the FQDN of your ESXi 4.1 host are already in DNS, proceed to the Quick Deploy setup.

Open the Internet Explorer and enter the address of the vSphere server as https://FQDN.

Accept the security warnings and click the “Certificate Error in the Security Status” bar. Select “View certificates” > “Install certificate” then click “Next”. Select “Place all certificates in the following store” > “Browse”. Select the “Show physical stores” check box. Expand “Trusted People” then select “Local Computer”. Click OK > Finish.

Remember to put in the full fqdn and /sdk in the address field with https. Do not forget the s in the https.
