Error when apply properties of file

Hello,

Recently, I attempted to play mp3 file but an unexpected error occurred keeping me from applying properties to the file. I used the following error code but I could not find online solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Error when apply properties of file

If you are not using official windows or if you have not activated it then you might get this type of error.

There is a patch for file permissions from Windows update.

Try opening Windows Update and see if these updates are available (KB969497) (KB970858) (KB970789).

If it is not available then try this.

Right-click on the folder containing files.

Choose the properties option.

Click on the Security tab.

Click Edit.

Select your username.

Check the box for Full Control.
