Hello,

I have been using DVD VideoSoft Free Studio for years and have downloaded a lot with it.

The program stopped working ever since I upgraded to version 5.3.0.0.

I tried downloading the last five earlier editions, but I'm still getting the same error:

There are no valid URL on the clipboard.

Unhandled exception has occurred

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application, if you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue, if you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Method not found: 'Boolean
System.Threading.WairtHandle.WairtOne(Int32)'.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello

Download and install the program Revouninstaller.

Run the application and a window that looks like this will appear.

Select DVD Video Soft free and click on uninstall

The uninstaler will run and follow all the prompts. Then a new window will appear. Select the moderate option and click next. Another window will open which will give you the list of the leftover files that are still in the registry and hard drive. Make sure all the boxes are selected and click next.

The files should now all be removed. Click done. Restart the computer and reinstall the program.
