Error on Sequencing Adobe Elements 4.0

I am attempting to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 on my Windows XP computer. And while I am trying to sequence it using the App V Sequencer 4.6.1.20870, the setup is encountering a problem with error code 1406. How can I fix it? Help please!

Error 1406 usually occurs when the installer could not update the registry file since it is write protected. And when you try to install Adobe elements without the administrative privileges. To resolve this, install Adobe Elements with the administrative privileges. To do this, click Start> Control Panel> User Accounts. Check if you have the administrative privileges. If not, try to restart your PC and log in as the admin.

Hello,
You should try deleting all the previous versions of acrobat then try to reinstall. Adobe cannot support several versions  of Acrobat in a one computer because it may lead conflicts with other software previously installed.
I would also recommend that you download the program from Adobe Website or from Acrobat disk.
