Error popping up while installing beta version of UDKInstall-2012-02

Hello all,

I am trying to install the beta version of UDKInstall-2012-02, but the following error keeps popping up.

Installation Failed

The program is downloaded using IDM and has been checked using md5. I am using Administrator on windows 7 and the antivirus is disabled.

Any advice will be appreciated.
