Error: Panda Internet Security Installation Cancelled

I was installing Panda Internet Security on Windows XP, when I got an Error,

The installation of Panda Internet security 2008 has been canceled, it was running in the wrong compatibility mode

Installation canceled

The installation of Panda Internet Security 2008 has been cancelled

The installation was running the wrong compatibility mode. This could prevent Panda Internet Security 2008 from operating correctly. The installation has therefore been cancelled.

How can i resolve this?

I'm the administrator of my computer. 

My system specifications are: Windows XP, P4 Intel 2.4GHz Processor, 160GB Hard disk & 1GB ddr Ram.

How can I resolve it?

Error: Panda Internet Security Installation Cancelled

The installation process of the Panda Internet security is abolished because of some errors in your system, that’s when the error message occurred and asked you to dissolve the installation.  

• You can solve the problem by pressing down “Ok” once the error message displayed on your screen.
•  In your Windows XP manually configure the settings of the “Compatibility mode”
• Now replaced the file settings of installation.
• The file installation of Panda Security 2008, downloaded from the website is P08.exe
• These are the 2 files  setup.exe and install.exe for installation.
• Now start clicking the file and choose “Properties”, while you’re in the “Properties” choose the “Compatibility” icon
• Then unmark the “Run this program in compatibility mode for option” with as  XP default
• Choose the “Show settings for all use” and unmark the “Run this program in compatibility mode for option” and press down “OK” below the window screen
• You can now start running  again the installation process.

Error: Panda Internet Security Installation Cancelled

If you have no problem running your computer, maybe the cause of the error might due to some system error while the program is installing.
