Error – Office product Couldn’t install

Hi,

I have installed Office 365 on my system. I preferred to use Office 2010 professional with my Office 365 but when I attempted to install it, an error message appeared “Couldn’t install”. I tried to re-install this product but same error message displayed. Any help would be appreciated.

Error – Office product Couldn’t install

Hi Thomas,
The error has occurred because some of the Internet files are restricting the installation of Microsoft Office.
The solution to this error is:
1) Click 'Start', Go to 'Control Panel
2) Open 'Internet Options'
3) In the 'General' tab, Click 'Delete' under the 'Browsing History'
4) Select the 'Temporary Internet Files' check box
5) Select the 'Preserve Favorites website Data' check box if you do not want to delete cookies and files associated with the website
6) Click 'Delete'
