To fix this problem, follow the steps below:-

1. Go to Start> All Programs > Windows Update
2. Right-click onMy Computer

4. Click on the device causing the error (one with the yellow triangle with exclamation mark)
5. Right-click specific device and thenProperties

You normally see that dialog on the status of every device in the Device Manager. If the device is working and functioning correctly, the status should display “This device is working properly.” Then when there is a problem with the device, you would see the message on your screenshot saying “This device cannot start.” Most of the time, the problem here is with the driver of the device.

To fix the problem, make sure the driver of the device is installed properly. If the device is already installed, uninstall it from the Device Manager and then reinstall it. Right-click on the device and select “Uninstall.” Restart the computer and install the driver back.
