Hi,

My computer is running on Windows 7 operating system. Everything is running perfectly fine. After surfing the net, when I close the internet explorer, I get an error message on my screen:

'The instruction at "0x62304320" referenced memory at "0x62304320", The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate that program.'

Anybody has any idea as to what is causing this problem?

I've searched a lot, but still my problem persists.

Looking forward to your replies.

Regards.

There are two possibilities for this error to occur one is because of the tool bars that you have installed. Check whether you have installed any yahoo toolbar. If so, uninstall that tool bar then it should work fine without any errors. These tool bars some time does not work due to which it will fail to access memory. The other possibility of error is because of the ActiveX controls present on the website. These active x controls tries to access the memory location of two different instructions and it may fail. Check whether it is happening only for one particular site or for different sites also. To get rid of this because of this we need to inform the site owner to do the necessary changes in his code to work for all,
