Error on launching APC Network: Server not available for viewing

Good day, everyone! I hope that someone will be able to help me out with my problem.

Whenever I try to launch the APC Network Access Software, I receive an error of this kind:

Message

Stl-nt-34 is not available for viewing.

Reason: Channel Access Denied.

Ok

I have provided a screenshot below to illustrate my problem.

Does anyone know how to get around this kind of error?

Error on launching APC Network: Server not available for viewing

Hi

This problem happens to your server as your server is not working properly or there is problem in your security. 

This is not basically the problem this is basically the security level. You need to change your security level that's this error happened to arise. So first change your setting.

Go to setting check all the settings you will find the security setting that will help you getting out of this so you might need this. 

This is the solution hope this will help you solving your problem. If still this problem does not solve then you need to change the version of the software and then install that it will work otherwise this is second option.
