Error on installing panda end point

Hi guys, I have a problem here in my post to share with you, I am having a hard time installing endpoint agent, right in the middle of the installation process an error occurred, with a message  Error 2093. Contact your administrator , see below the full error screen.

 

Connecting to the server

Getting configuration data

Downloading signature file

Downloading protection

X Installing protection

   Error 2093. Contact your administrator            Connection settings

 

As I analyzed the error message above, this is about my installer, so I downloaded again a new installer, before I install it I check for some virus of the new file, none was found, so I install it again, and same error message appeared, please help me guys solve my issue, thanks.

Error on installing panda end point

Dear Louielamst

Error message Error 2093 contacts your administrator shows that Panda Endpoint Agent cannot install while other antivirus already installed in n your computer. First completely uninstall any antivirus software already installed in your computer before installing Panda Endpoint Agent. If you did not have any antivirus already installed in your computer then run registry cleaner software.

If you face trouble in uninstalling previous antivirus then you will uninstall your previous antivirus from that site:

Error on installing panda end point

Hi,

I can help you install the Panda application onto your computer. I would suggest you to follow these steps:

>>Please make sure your computer’s date and time are correctly set. A wrong date and time will not download any definitions on your computer.

>>If the application still does not get installed, make sure there are no Antivirus programs already installed on your computer.

>>Running two antivirus programs on a computer will slow down the computer’s overall performance.

>>Uninstall the antivirus that is already installed on your computer and restart your computer.

>>Now, try installing the Panda Antivirus onto your computer. It should now get installed.

Just in case if you are unable to install the application, try installing the application in Safe Mode with Networking.
