Hi,

I have got an issue.

I’m trying to install the Edit software and receive the patches from my HD500.

I was using this for several hours perfectly.

But now I have got an error message.

There was an error transferring one or more patches. If this error keeps occurring , quit POD HD500 Edit, restart the POD HD500 hardware, then run POD HD500 Edit. (Code 8000900c) MIDI device timed out waiting for a response.

I need some help for solving this issue.

Thanks.

If this is a new, unexpected issue – have you effectively used Monkey or Gearbox before?

At first, you have to ensure that you are using USB 2.0 ports with no hubs, and then you had the Pod connected with USB before installing the driver and software.

Now you can try flashing the memory in safe mode – hold down the right navigation key while powering on the X3, then exploit Monkey to flash memory.

You can uninstall the line6 soft/hardware and installed again from fresh. You would not need activation key and never remove your device registration. This is the only activation you will need.

Uninstalling and reinstalling sometimes solves problems like this.

Thanks.
