Hello troubleshooters,

I decided to upgrade the system from Windows 8 operating system to Windows Vista. While I am in the middle of the setup procedure, I got this odd error message. I got the licensed copy from the authorized website and I have all the service pack. I do not understand anything from the error message. Please guide me.

It looks like the program you’re trying to run might be corrupted or affected by viruses or other malwares that is making such error. In order to fix this issue, scan your PC with any good antivirus, such as, Norton, Kaspersky, and Avira etc.

Also, give a system restore. To do so, go to Start menu >> Control Panel >> All Control Panel Items >> Recovery. Click “Open System Restore”, choose a restore point before installing the program and then restore your PC.
