I was trying to install GoToMeeting on my computer. During installation, I got the error message – GoToMeeting unable to create directory. I don’t know what’s wrong. Please help.

Error: Go To Meeting Unable To Create Directory During Installation.

There are three solutions to your problem.

1. The Windows profile you are logged in as must not have file creation or writing privileges. Please make sure you have such privileges. If not, log in as administrator and set user privileges for your current user via the Control Panel. It is also a possibility that your current Windows profile is corrupted. You may have to delete it and create a new one if this is the case.
2. If your profile has all the privileges, make sure the file path stated in the error is valid and exists. Try to create the folder manually.
3. If the problem persists, log on to the GoToMeeting web app on the internet.
