Hi Expert Pro,

I downloaded the Psi and also I followed the instruction to setup the google talk account. The problem triggered when I clicked the ‘service discovery’. The System is connected to the internet and also it is connected with the server. I really don’t understand the problem, please explain. Your help is appreciated great. Help me fix the error. Thanks.

Well, please ensure that your Psi logged into your Goggle talk account. During setting this you will notice a star at the top alongside in your Psi contact list window. This star will be in yellow color if you are connected and if you are not connected then right click on it and select ’online’ from the status menu bar. Now you should be able to use the service discovery.
