I am getting an error message in my Windows 7 virtual machine. Error found in Custom UI XML by Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plug-in”. I did not see this message before. Can anybody help me to resolve this message? The complete error message you can see in the below attached image.

Hi there Gary V Lindgren,

This simply causes because of a DLL problem to avoid this follow these steps:

Step 1 – Go to start > CMD.

Step 2 – Type CD C:WindowsSystem32 for 32 bit Windows.

Type CD C:WindowsSysWow64 for 64 bit Windows and hit enter.

Step 3 – Again type this command regsvr32 jscript.dll and hit enter.

Step 4 – Type this regsvr32 vbscript.dll and hit enter.

Step 5 – Run the installer again.
