Error with Enkompass when opening the scheduled tasks

My Enkompass™ is showing an error when opening the scheduled tasks in Web Service Offerings Infrastructure (WSOI). The error is stating “The application has experienced an unexpected error.” I posted the exact error image. What is the solution for this?

Error with Enkompass when opening the scheduled tasks

If the application experienced an error while loading a page, try loading it again. If it does not work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the application. If it still does not work, you may need to check if your system is compatible to run Enkompass. Your computer should have a 64-bit processor to run Enkompass. The recommended amount of physical RAM installed on the CPU is 4 GB and requires 40 GB of available hard drive space. To run this application your machine should be running on Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2. It also requires Internet Information Services versions 7 and up to be installed on the system.

Since Enkompass is not working on your computer, kindly check the information above so you can verify the problem and maybe required to upgrade something.
