Error encountered in Microsoft Outlook 2010 with TRIM fix needed.

I let somebody (a computer technician/software specialist) to configure and install a Microsoft Outlook 2010 in my computer for my email. Everything goes fine after the installation. After a few days, I tried to open messages on my email, when viewing the email indexes, an error appeared on my screen say something out of my knowledge. I have print screen the message to show it to the computer technician but until know I cannot contact him.

TRIM in Outlook

Unable to cast COM object of type 'System._ComObject' to interface type 'Redemption.SafeMailItem'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{0A95BE2D-1543-46BE-AD6D-18653034BF87}' failed due to the following error: could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80030002 (STG_E_FILENOTFOUND)).

Hi,

Microsoft outlook is an optional tool for installation office pack. I think you are using a version of Microsoft office which is not a full version. Full version of Microsoft windows does not create this type of problem. Try to collect a DVD of Microsoft office 2010 and install from there because it has full version of Microsoft office 2010.

The best way to solve error is to replaces this driver software with its new version if available.

If there is no new version available then go to control panel and then add or remove program and then uninstall this driver software and run a cleaner as example cc cleaner, Reginout cleaner etc and restart your computer. Then reinstall this driver software again.

If you have virus then remove it first. There is another reason that may be your computer is corrupted with virus. So need to use updated antivirus and scan full computer. After you have done with it, then use installation CD/DVD to repair Microsoft office.

The possible cause of that problem could be as result of a security patch being deployed so as not to allow outside code to access the Outlook objects that are being used without some user notification, and an example of such a situation will be when you need to stop a virus from shooting off emails.

In outlook, the is usually some that is meant to allow outside code to access Outlook, but then you may have disables needed security measure for that action to be performed. That functionality should be present in the latest version of Outlook. You will need to visit the site below to download some tools that will help you fix that problem:
