Error connecting to the BitDefender Management Server
Hello! Guys,
I am having a problem while using BitDefenderA n error message was displayed on my computer which says that "The BitDefender Management Server service is stopped or the port value is incorrect", see below the full context of the error.
I was a newbie Sys Ad and was tasked to install Bitdefender Client Security in the office.
I tried connecting to the management console but I couldn’t and got this error message (see screenshot of error below).
I knew I entered the correct details of the Management Server.
I have been installed BitDefender on my system a few months ago and it was working fine but I got an error message when I tried to connect the program. You can see the error message below which will be helpful to find a proper solution to fix this problem. Has your familiar before with this issue? I really need your assistance resolving the problem
I am wondering why I got this error message.Past few days I ran the BitDefender without any problem, I do not remember doing some drastic changes on my computer settings, or installing some application that might ruin my computer.Please share some ideas if you have past by this error, all your ideas and suggestions are highly appreciated.
