When I go into submissions and attempt to modify an attribute that has been submitted an error message box appeared (see my attached image below).

This is an event with itinerary forms that is important to me.

The message says:

Error 404 File Not Found.

What do you think is the problem?

Please help.

Basically you get a message like this when your URL is not typed in correctly. You will have to be a hundred percent sure that all of the letters/digits are in place to avoid this error. Check your URL first by placing your cursor down the URL path and move it backwards.

If you get a 404 error message upon entering this URL:

https://www.ladygaga.com/tourdates?eid=75016/ladygaga.html, then try to subtact ladygaga.html. You should be able to access to this site this time (or in your case, your itinerary form).

Sometimes a file with html in the end, when clicked, can be accessible. In this case, your URL probably ends with htm, so try changing it to html. Refresh your browser from time to time as the site with your old error message is being stored in your cache. The updated page may be viewed when you refresh. Another key issue could be technical problems that make a certain site temporarily unavailable. Wait for a few hour then try again.
