Error -2147417848 with Norton Antivirus

I am using Backend (MS Access 2000), which has been set to back up Access database and the process.  I’m using it to calculate client fees and to write to the Access database. Yesterday, after installing Norton antivirus and setting it up to perform regular checking on my computer for viral signature, my root purpose has failed and I can’t do my regular tasks because of an error with code -2147417848. This automation error indicates that the object has moved from its customer. I believed that the Norton antivirus runs well with others, but I can also identify some other viral signatures like messages saying “check some other time”, or “turn it off”, but no failure is seen. If anyone has an idea to resolve this matter, please share. I will appreciate anyone who can help.

Your anti-virus has been affected by any virus and some of the files have been missing so you need to uninstall the anti-virus and then install the latest updated version.
