Error 0xC0070643 on Downloading AVG 2011

I want to install AVG 2011 in my Windows XP computer. I have tried it too many times but I failed to install. I am receiving error message as shown below:

Microsoft Exchange Installation Wizard

Setup failed while installing sub-component Exchange ActiveSync with error code 0xC0070643 (please consult the installation logs for a detailed description). you may cancel the installation or try the failed step again.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Error 0xC0070643 on Downloading AVG 2011

That problem is due to compatibility issues, and therefore you will need to get the right version of the AVG program. Since you are running a windows XP operating system, you will need to search the internet for the right version of the AVG application and download it, since the one that you are trying to install may be meant to run on other windows versions, and therefore it will not be possible to run it on the windows version that you have right now. Also check the system requirements of the windows XP that you are using, if it is a 32 bit or 64 bit, because you will need to get an AVG program that satisfies those requirements for it to be able to run.
