There are a lot of causes for that kind of error. Your installed shield must be corrupted. You can perform the following solution to be able to fix your problem:
Try this:

First, you need to go to C:Program Files and open the Install shield folder. It is hidden so you have to make it visible by going to Tools > Options > View > Show hidden folders.

In this folder you should see a lot of random looking folders. Delete the one with a modified time that corresponds to the time you first tried running the installer.

Make sure that you do not have any pieces of the client installed on your computer. If you do, use Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs to delete them.

Restart computer.

Try running the installer again.
