English grammar software in PDF

Hi there,

I work as a freelance proofreader and it can become tiresome when reading pdf file page by page looking for grammatical errors. I have heard that there are online english grammar software for correcting grammar in pdf files, but I do not have the time to upload each individual pdf file.

Is there an "offline" to check english grammar software in pdf file?

Usually Microsoft Office is used to check the spelling and grammar issues.

First I would like to suggest you to use the Microsoft Office grammar check.
On other hand, you can use third party software to check the grammar and spelling mistakes.
You should try Ginger for this purpose.

Ginger will check your text deeply for grammar issues.
It will also tell you some suggestions to replace the existing word with new one.
