Encountered error when installing Alcohol 120% CD/DVD Burning Software

I was installing Alcohol 120% on my PC and it failed; ended prematurely.  I then I got this error message, see below. 

I went to their forum and got a resolution but I was not that techie and so I couldn’t really follow. 

Can anyone from this forum show me a step by step procedure on how to resolve the problem?

Installer Information

Error 25002. Some driver has invalid name or conflicts with other file or services in the system.  Please choose other driver names or make sure you have rebooted after removal of software using same names.

Hello Alfredo Azevedo,

It seems like you already have another burner software installed on your computer and that program seems to share some drivers with the alcohol burner hence the conflict that is occurring. So you may be forced to remove the other burner software that you have installed to as the alcohol burner to work properly.

Otherwise the alcohol setup might be missing some important components in the setup that are crucial for it to work well, and therefore you might be forced to download another one that does not have bugs. If it does not work then I will advice that you a shot other burners like ashampoo and nero express.

Hi,

 

You just try to update your application or version from your system and then check the software if it’s compatible to your system and then after that you just simply check the files or data from the software there an corrupted just simply check on that before you install the software from your computer and then try to scan the system if there an infected files or application from viruses or maybe spyware and then try this download the error repair tools from your computer and then try install that after installing the software you just simply scan the software after that you just simply repair the found errors from your software if it’s possible only.
