As far as I can see, you are trying to access the folder on the web server and you get the error saying that the folder is unavailable.
First of all, you should check if everything is spelled correctly. If yes, open your control panel on the web server and check for permissions and paths.
Furthermore, I've noticed you are trying to access the subdomain folder entering the subdomain URL instead of a real path. The correct way to access the folder via FTP is to enter a path to a folder and not its URL address. Try entering it this way: strato.com/hidrive/weddav/andyk.
