Which is the best and which modules in them do you suggest to have to make the website look good.?

Actually we can not say that one of the better then the other, but each one has its  own strong points that make it better in one area and make the other better in an other, so what you need for know is a simple comparison between different features between these three CMS (Content Management Systems) then you will understand what i mean;
