WMP Utility is a program that repairs Windows Media Player files when they become corrupt. This application has to be downloaded and installed, it is not standard with Windows. Someone has installed this on your computer or it was maybe bundled with another application that you installed. Not too worry though it is not a virus of any kind and it will not damage your computer in any way.
