Whenever I have downloaded files via download manager, it has multiple resumes facility. Now IÂ download files through rapidshare, fileserve, hotfile. These files have no resumes facility and files expires if download speed breakes so these problems creates unsuccessful download attemps. I want to know how can these servers give successful downlading?

Rapidshare, FileServe, Hotfile all have both Free and Premium downloads. The Free download option is usually slower, has a limit on the number of concurrent downloads, has a limit on the number of downloads for a given time and does not support file resume and the use of download managers.
So, even if you use a file download manager that supports resume of downloads, it will not be able to resume any paused or interrupted downloads if you are using the Free download option.
To solve your problem with downloading from these sites, I'm afraid the only solution is to sign up for a Premium account with them. You will get their advertised faster speeds, unlimited number of concurrent downloads, unlimited time to download and, most of all, the ability to resume interrupted downloads. Or you could just wait for those times when your internet connection is at it's best to avoid interruption of your downloads.
