Does HDMI to VGA work in the form of a Cable?

Hello guys,

I am looking forward to buying an HDMI to VGA Cable for some issues that are related to work. I haven’t received many positive Reviews about this Product. Does HDMI to VGA work as a cable?

Hey,

To be honest, there is no such Cable. HDMI to VGA Cables is not available in the Market. It does not work because of many reasons.

1) The Output of VGA is Analog, and HDMI signals are Digital. So, a cable won’t work.

2) There are 19 and 15 Pins in HDMI Port and VGA Port respectively.

3) HDCP Protection is present in HDMI but not VGA.

You cannot use a Cable for this purpose. You can buy a Converter to convert HDMI Signals to VGA Signals.
