In order to function in game, the macro software has to inject itself into DirectInput, PB is reading this injection as malicious code, hence the kick.

Yes, Battlefield 3 allows macro editing, but there are certain limitations like, in order for it to work in BF3 you must use the Vengeance Gaming Software's Hardware Playback mode. Use a K90 keyboard to get the C4 Macro work. And regarding the limitations BF3 has mandated delay on how fast soldier is allowed to place C4 charges, So you have to delay time in each iteration of "P" to a full 1.000 seconds. Another is The Vengeance Gaming Software won't allow a macro button on the mouse to perform LMB and RMB. But you could always find a way to use the keyboard on it just pick the most suitable key for you.
