.dll bad image error help

hi, i have a Asus laptop windows 7 64 bit it displayed me C:windowsmicrosoft.Netframeworkv4.030319mscorrei.dll is either not design to run on windows, or contain an error, contact vendor or reinstall, when i tried running a game fifa11 it first showed a box that said fifaconfig.exe-bad image c:windowsmicrosoft.Netframeworkv4.030319mscoreei.dll is not designed to run on windows and another pop up displayed this couldn't be loaded.

Please help

.dll bad image error help

 Major cause of this error is that your dll file is deleted or corrupt. Try following to resolve this issue.
1. If you deleted this dll file mistakenly, try to recover this file from the recycle bin. If it is permanently deleted use recovery software.
2. This error can also be caused by a virus infection. Run a full scan of your system using an up to date antivirus.
3. Restore your system to some early stage at which your system were working fine.
4. May be your windows is not up to date. Run a windows update process and install all recommended updates.
5. There can be a problem in your registry. There are many software available which you can use to clean your registry.

From the details that you have posted above, the cause of the error seems to be as a result of an issue with the installation of the .NET framework on your laptop. Most games will need the .NET Framework to be installed for them to work well on the computer they have been installed on, and therefore if you have not yet installed .NET Framework on your computer, you will need to download it and install it.

I will refer you to the link below, which is a web installation file for the .NET 4 framework, and it used a web installer from the Microsoft website. In case you had already installed some previous versions of the .NET framework then you will need to remove them and install the latest version.
