It is not possible for the bad sector to be deleted from your computer completely but you can try to use the CHKDSK feature of Windows to mark bad sectors as bad so that they will not be used anymore for saving data.
To do that, Run Scan Disk first
Ctrl + R > type SFC /SCANNOW > press Enter
Once done, Run CHKDSK
Click on Start > Right Click on Computer > Select Properties > Click the Tools tab > Click on Check Now > Put a Check on Automatically fix file system errors

Using Microsoft Windows, you can find disk repair tool come with the windows package, to access the tool you can go to “My Computer” and then right click on it to show all of the options available and choose “properties”, a dialog box will appear, go to “tools” tab, in the tools tab you can find the error checking option, press “Check now” and a box will appear with two options. For you, just check both options so it will fix any system errors automatically and also try to recover bad sectors if found.
It may take several times to finish the process, just wait for it
