A former Morgan Stanley was accused as a Nazi and a member of the Klu Klux Khan. Google is been forced by EU court advised Google to check data and must follow the laws governed by Eurpean Union. Did Google settle with former Morgan Stanley Banker’s suit? I want someone to throw an update on the same, please.

Did Google settle with former Morgan Stanley Banker’s suit?

Daniel Hegglin, a former Morgan Stanley banker, has settled his suit against Google Inc. in the United Kingdom because of foul comments on the internet that accuses him of being a member of the Ku Klux Klan and also a Nazi. The settlement includes considerable attempts on Google’s part to get rid of all the offensive materials posted on some websites.

Daniel Hegglin was based in Hong Kong and this incident subjected him to abuse on over 4,000 various websites. They accused him of being an insider trading, a money launderer on behalf of the Italian mafia, and a corrupt businessman. He also asked Google to give the IP address to help them identify the author who made the comments.
