Diag Program 3 error getting USB information

Hi there,

I have this error with DiagProg III and I have no idea what is causing it or what the solution could be. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? Also please tell me how can this error be prevented in the future ?

Hello,

 

You get this error message when you are trying to connect Digiprog 3 with pc.

It is allowed only if you want to update the software you are able to connect it with pc.

Note ( Remember that you should not connect Digprog 3 to computer in any other time except of the time when you want to update it )
