Desktopx entry point not found DirectGUI.dll

I'm using software for customizing and making my desktop cool like this one called desktop but to my surprise I cant install it to my laptop and here is the error that is appearing.

DesktopX.exe – Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point DG_PngFromResource could not be located in the dynamic link library DirectGUI.dll

Desktopx entry point not found DirectGUI.dll

The problem here might be the .dll mention in the error. So for you to fix this, find that dll or download that dll and place it to your installer directory or the best thing that you can do is to make sure that you have a complete installer. Your installer folder might not complete and there is something missing that’s why you can’t install it successfully. If you feel that the installer not corrupted or what, might not compatible to the operating system you are using, when running the software, set the compatibility mode and select mode which will be compatible to your operating system. Right click the installer then go to compatibility tab then check “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select from the combo box.
