Hello Johnshon,

Seems like your system files are missing or corrupt. Whenever system files are missing or corrupt or if you directly shutdown your pc or any voltage fluctuation could lead to corrupt your system files. The problem is not with any of your laptop hardware it is related to software only.

Please reinstall your Operating system and you are good to go.

Sometime these problems are faced by pc or Laptop of old version like due to low CPU speed and low memory.

thanks

Yes. It seems that your computer is having a problem loading and finishing the startup tasks. If your computer got stuck on that part of loading Windows, it is only the part where Windows is loading all the device drivers for the system. If the system got stuck there, it is very possible that one of the device drivers the system is loading probably got corrupted.

You can try starting the computer using the Last Known Good Configuration mode. Start your computer then press F8 right before the Windows logo appears. The Windows Advanced Options Menu will appear next. Select Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked) by moving the up or down arrow keys. Hit Enter afterwards. If the computer wasn’t able to start the system using this mode, go back to this screen again then select Safe Mode. If you successfully booted the computer in Safe Mode, restore the computer to its previous state using the last available restore point. You can access System Restore by clicking Start, All Programs, Accessories, and then System Tools.

If all fails to work, you have no choice but to format the hard drive and install Windows again.
