Dell field engineers use dell tech tools to easily handle customer's requests & queries, troubleshooting & diagnostics easily even when away from office or during field work, & the application is only available on Android platform. Can it be used on any other platform or it only supports Android? Anyone who knows more about dell tech tools?

Dell Tech Tool is only available for Android in the meantime. Dell Tech Tool is not even available yet in the Android Market. You have to download the application directly from Dell’s site. But there’s one way to use the app on your Windows PC or Mac. All you have to do is to download Bluestack, an Android Emulator, and it will allow you to download and install Android applications on your PC. Dell Tech Tools not only developed for android mobile phone even you can use it in your iPhone. So You can use Dell Tech Tools in your iPhone. Dell Tech tools is available for iPhone but if you want to use Dell Tech Tools in your android mobile phone before use you have to download an emulator for android mobile phone otherwise you cannot use Dell Tech Tools in your android mobile phone.
