Dell Studio 1555 Laptop Boot Failure

I have a Dell Studio 1555 Laptop, comes from abroad. Windows 7 Home Premium and 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 Processor on it. One day when I try to start it there is a message "Boot Failure". I haven't any CD with it. How I can get the genuine windows now?

Dell Studio 1555 Laptop Boot Failure

I'll explain you in very simple terms. For boot sequence you need to continuously press F2 after you start rebooting.This generally happens with most of the laptops due to the factory settings.After continuously pressing F2 you will get the system setup screen. Do not change other settings except what I am about to tell you. In the system setup screen select drives, in that check whether the floppy drive is set to internal. Generally in factory settings the drive 0 is set as IDE which doesn’t allow you to boot. What you have to do is select SATA instead of IDE on drive 0 and change the booting device to cd, save the changes and exit. Now you will be able to install windows 7 on your laptop.

You can either purchase a CD/DVD from your next door computer shop or you can download your window form network also to download window from networks. But it depends on your needs which kind of window you need do you need a professional look or you need a home addition.

You can decide one you need and then you can install one copy from network and install it on your PC. But it is more simple to install it from your DVD/CD drive. If you want to simply solve your problem of Boot failure then it may be some hardware problem in your PC you can check you hardware for this problem if the window is not installing in any case then you have to see your hardware for PC.

Solve any hardware problems and then try to install the new version it will work fine.
