Whenever I try to connect to Dell laptop using remote desktop wirelessly, I encounter a weird problem.

There is nothing to show, just a blank screen.

Does anybody know of this problem and how to fix this issue?

Any kind of help regarding Dell remote desktop wireless blank screen bug would be appreciated.

Hello Jabez,

To resolve the error that you are getting, you will need to disable the Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility and then let Windows manage the wireless configuration. Use the following procedure:

• You will need to open Dell Wireless WLAN Card Utility in the Control Panel.
• After that you will need to uncheck the "Let this tool manage your wireless networks" check box.
• And then you will have to configure your wireless connection using the standard Windows wireless utility.

With the steps above, you will have fixed the bug, and you should be able to connect to the wireless network successfully.
